QubiOps respects your privacy and runs on the least data possible. This page explains, in plain terms, what happens when you visit qubiops.com.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the name, email and message you provide are delivered to us through Formspree. We use them solely to get back to you — we never sell them or use them for marketing.

AI assistant

Messages you send to the on-site AI assistant are forwarded through our own server to the Google Gemini API to generate a reply. Our API key is never exposed to your browser, and we do not store conversations. Please don't share confidential or sensitive information with the assistant — for that, use the contact form.

Language detection

To show the site in your language, we first read your browser's language setting. Only if it doesn't match one of our supported languages do we use Cloudflare's own network endpoint (/cdn-cgi/trace) — which powers our infrastructure — to estimate your country. Your IP address is never sent to a third party; it is used only for language selection and is not stored. Choosing a language manually disables this entirely.

Browser storage

Your theme (light/dark) and language preference are kept only on your own device (browser localStorage); they are never sent to our servers. You can reset them anytime by clearing your browser data.

Cookies & tracking

We use no advertising or analytics cookies, pixels, or third-party trackers.
